DanceMatic Cancellation Policy
Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. Please understand that appointment times are limited. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 48 hour notice. This will give us the best opportunity to fill the cancelled lesson and avoiding any cancellation charges.
Our Policy:
Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 48 hours will result in a cancellation fee.
The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of the reserved lesson.
Any cancellations or reschedule made less than 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee will be equal to 100% of your lesson cost.
If you are late for your allocated lesson time slot the lesson amount is still required to be paid in full. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future lessons.
