Our Ballroom and Latin Dance Classes are open for Beginner & Intermediate levels every Saturday in Essex.

The age groups of our classes vary from 4 to 15.

Every Class will be run by top British Professional Competitors and ISTD qualified Dance Teachers. Therefore every child will get maximum attention and will be really looked after.

Through our Classes every Child will be prepared for Ballroom & Latin Dance Examinations which will allow them to participate in ISTD Dance Competition around the country.

Dancing is very popular among Children and Young People. It combines physical literacy with imagination & creativity and is a very useful element in devising cross curricular work in school.

Through Dance Children Develop:

Skills, Balance, Agility and Coordination
Verbal and non verbal communication of ideas and emotions
Team working
Problem solving
Observing and evaluating skills
